What we process, and why
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device and browser type, and how you arrived. Analytics runs only with your consent, collected through the cookie notice, and IP addresses are not stored by us. Legal basis: consent.
Advertising. Betting offers on some pages are served by third-party advertising partners, who may process your IP address and country to select relevant offers and may set their own cookies subject to your consent choices. These partners act as independent controllers of that processing; see the cookie policy for the current list and controls. Legal basis: consent.
Correspondence. If you email us, we process your address and message to reply, and keep correspondence for up to two years for context on repeat queries. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
Server logs. Our hosting and content delivery providers keep short-lived technical logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
We do not sell personal data, we run no marketing email list at present, and if one launches it will be double opt-in with one-click unsubscribe.
Where data goes
Analytics and advertising partners may process data outside the UK, including in the United States, under the UK's international transfer safeguards (adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses as applicable). We keep personal data no longer than the purposes above require.
Your rights
You have the rights the UK GDPR gives you: access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting prior processing. Exercise any of them through the contact page; we respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, although we would welcome the chance to resolve any concern first.
Children
This site is for adults aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly process children's data.
