Who we are

SoccerTips.ai (the "site") is operated by Exquisite Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 13387743, registered office 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, do not use the site.

The service

The site publishes statistical football predictions, tools and editorial content, free of charge, for personal and non-commercial use. Predictions are probability estimates, not statements of fact and not advice. No outcome is certain, and nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment or gambling advice, an invitation to bet, or a representation that any bet will succeed. Any decision to bet, and every consequence of it, is yours alone.

Age and jurisdiction

The site is intended for users aged 18 or over. It is your responsibility to ensure that any betting you undertake is lawful in your jurisdiction and with operators licensed to serve you. We are not a bookmaker, we do not accept bets, and we do not handle betting funds.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep data accurate and the site available, but both are provided "as is" and without warranty. Odds shown are captured at particular moments and move constantly; always confirm the live price with the operator before betting. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud. Subject to that, we accept no liability for betting losses, for decisions made in reliance on predictions or data on this site, for the acts of third-party operators or advertisers you reach through the site, or for indirect or consequential loss. Your only remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.

Third parties

The site carries advertising and affiliate links, disclosed in our affiliate disclosure. Operators you reach through the site contract with you on their own terms; read them.

Intellectual property

Content on the site, including the results archive, text and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may download and use the results CSV for personal use, research and journalism with attribution to SoccerTips.ai; commercial redistribution requires our written consent. You may not scrape, reproduce or republish the site at scale without consent.

General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest survive. We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Questions via the contact page.
